We care for you and your Happy Place experience! Once you receive your package, if there is anything that doesn't satisfy you, please contact us first, and we will do our best to help. If you are still willing to return your item(s), then that's fine! We accept returns that comply with the following conditions:
- The item must be classified as a returnable product. You can check if a product is returnable on product pages underneath the 'Shipping' tab. Made to order products are not returnable.
- The item must be a standard item with no customization or personalization on the product.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it.
- A return shipping request should be submitted within the first 14 days after receiving your item.
- Returned items should be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label.
*Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is approved, we refund your total order amount minus return shipping costs.
